Minuteman, Inc. is Idaho’s largest provider of complete security solutions. We at Minuteman, Inc are dedicated to providing the highest level of security to residents and business owners of the Treasure Valley. Minuteman repairs, replaces, and sells safes, locks, deadbolts and hardware for both homes and businesses. We provide our services 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Our retail location in Meridian is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are a AAA Motor Club Preferred Provider, with over 17 years of outstanding service. We provide emergency roadside locksmith assistance for AAA members and nonmembers alike on a 24 hour basis.

Through factory training, educational classes and constant exposure to new products, Minuteman’s staff is always learning the best methods to sell, install, and service the highest quality products available. All of our locksmiths are provided with the best tools and equipment to do the job quickly and professionally.

Minuteman was incorporated in 1987. It began as a mobile locksmith business with 1 service vehicle without any retail locations. In 1989 Minuteman purchased Meridian Lock & Key located in downtown Meridian. Meridian Lock & Key has been in business since 1956. In 1996 Minuteman purchased AAA1 Leonard’s Lock & Key in Boise. AAA1 Leonard’s had been in business since 1976. Minuteman purchased A Affordable Lockout Service in October of 2007, to further enhance our mobile service. To date, we operate 7 mobile service vehicles along with our Meridian retail location. We employ 8 full-time locksmiths with combined lock and security experience of over 60 years. Also, in 1996 Minuteman, Inc. started a new business “MINUTEMAN ALARMS, INC”. Minuteman Alarms is a Brinks Authorized Alarm Dealer.
