Pioneer Homes is a progressive, growth oriented, single-family residential home building enterprise that is committed to building quality for the best value. We thrive on the “grass roots” approach to building homes – meaning we rely on our satisfied homeowners, subcontractors, etc, to inform possible home owners about their experience in building a presold or buying a Pioneer Homes home.

Within the last nine years, Pioneer Homes has built over 1100 homes in the Treasure Valley area that have ranged from approximately 1,000 – 2,800 square feet. These homes have been built in approximately 100 subdivisions within Ada, Canyon, Gem, and Owhyee counties. We have taken the arduous process of “building your own home” and simplified it by providing the basic concepts and allowing individuals and their families to modify these concepts to create the home they have always dreamed of.
