Jake Conklin is a highly respected and top producing residential real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group in Boise. He teamed up with his brother and niece Jennifer to form The Conklin Team in 2008. Together their team provides extraordinary customer service in the Treasure Valley.

Jake provides his clients with more than 20 years of real estate experience. He has successfully helped many people, from first time home buyers to established home sellers, in the processing of buying and selling properties. Jake is an accredited relocation agent and has successfully assisted many families with their relocation needs.
